In this group we develop musical skills such as reading music, ear training, listening for pitch and correcting intonation issues while having a great time singing a variety of music. Breathing, proper breath support and diction are also taught as part of the curriculum of this course.

Although primarily geared for 6th graders, any student without previous middle school level vocal experience is welcome to enroll in this class!

Part of the musical experiences in choir class have included trips to the Opera and the opportunity to sing the National Anthem at a San Diego Padres Baseball Game.
